Dr. Haneke has been published in 420 publications, 12 books, 190 book chapters and has given 1,600 lectures at national and international conferences and surgical courses including life surgeries in over 30 countries. His main interests are in dermatological surgery, oral mucosal diseases, dermatopathology and nail diseases. He is also a member of the editorial board of several journals and an ad hoc manuscript reviewer for the following journals: Archives of Dermatology, British Journal of Dermatology, European Journal of Dermatology, Der Hautarzt, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology and Journal of the German Society of Dermatology.

Apply by Aug. 3 for an ASDS Resident Scholarship to attend the 2021 ASDS Annual Meeting, Oct. 14-17 in Chicago. This is one of the few opportunities to accelerate your training and learn the latest and best techniques for ALL dermatologic procedures.
ASDS scholarships of $750 will be awarded to 233 dermatology residents in an approved training program. If you have received a scholarship in a previous year, you will be waitlisted. However, please be sure to apply as most applicants receive scholarships as additional funding becomes available. Applicants will be notified of their status within two weeks of ASDS receiving the application.
Awards must be applied toward the direct cost of attending the ASDS Annual Meeting including registration fees, hotel, round-trip coach/economy airfare and incidental costs such as cab, parking and/or meal expenses.
You must register for the meeting by Wednesday, Sept. 15 and confirm your meeting attendance by checking in at the on-site registration desk by 9 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 15 to receive your reimbursement check. If you fail to do so, receipts of all expenses incurred must be submitted to ASDS by Monday, Nov. 15.
