ASDS Annual Meeting Cancellation and Refund Policy

There will be no full refunds for the in-person event. Should circumstances arise that you are unable to attend the live in-person event, we will transfer your registration to the virtual meeting, Nov. 19-21, with 60 days post-event access. You will receive a refund of the in-person ticket cost minus any difference for the virtual-only event ticket cost.  Transfer requests must be submitted in writing by Sept. 1. After this date, no registration transfers will take place. Please allow 15 business days for processing of your request. Email requests to education@asds.net. Send written cancellation requests to ASDS, 5550 Meadowbrook Drive, Suite 120, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008-3805. ASDS is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances.

Virtual-only events are non-refundable.
