Currents Magazine

Currents is a bimonthly news magazine published for ASDS members with the latest on dermatology product breakthroughs and other industry news, legislative updates, medical ethics and practice management advice and ASDS news.

The 2016 ASDS/ASDSA Annual Report – Achieve – highlights the Society's accomplishments of 2016 in a variety of areas – from leadership and membership to branding and advocacy. The initiatives featured in this report will positively impact change for the dermatologic surgery specialty.

ASDS Consumer Survey

This blind online survey asked more than 8,300 U.S. citizens for their opinions on cosmetic skin treatments and found that five in 10 adults are considering a cosmetic procedure. The results offer a glimpse into the thinking of the average consumer and are great for use in presentations and other media.

ASDS Procedures Survey

The  ASDS Survey on Dermatologic Procedures reveal a variety of trends including another increase in skin cancer treatments and continued growth in popularity of neuromodulators, soft-tissue fillers and body sculpting procedures.
