Ambulatory phlebectomy is an outpatient procedure developed by dermatologic surgeons that removes superficial veins through small, slit-like incisions in the skin – it is used to treat varicose veins.

Blepharoplasty

A blepharoplasty is a procedure for droopy eyelids where the upper and lower eyelids are lifted and loose or excess skin and fat tissue are removed from the eye area.

Chemical Peels

A chemical peel is a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin on the face, neck or hands. A chemical solution is applied to the skin that causes it to exfoliate and eventually peel off, revealing new, smoother skin. Chemical peels are appropriate for acne scars, aging skin, crow’s feet, scars, sun-damaged skin, sagging skin and wrinkles.

Cryolipolysis

Cryolipolysis, also known as "fat freezing" or by the product name CoolSculpting, is a new procedure that involves the non-invasive cooling of excess body fat to break down fat cells, resulting in a reduction of body fat without damage to other tissues.

Cryosurgery

In cryosurgery, liquid nitrogen is used to remove skin growths, fade age spots and treat early stage basal and squamous cell carcinomas.

Dermabrasion

Dermabrasion is a procedure that uses a wire brush or a diamond wheel with rough edges to remove and level the upper layer of skin. The treated area heals, allowing new skin to grow in its place. Dermabrasion is appropriate for acne scars, age spots, crow’s feet, scars, skin growths, skin lesions, sun-damaged skin and wrinkles.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers temporarily plump lips, raise depressed scars and level wrinkled skin. Dermal fillers are appropriate for acne scars, aging skin, crow’s feet, frown lines and forehead furrows, scars and wrinkles.

Hair Transplants

During a hair transplant, hair follicles are removed from a part of the scalp where hair is more dense and transplanted to an area where there has been hair loss.

Laser/light Therapy

Laser/light therapy is a non-invasive procedure that uses light energy to repair and regenerate damaged skin. Laser/light therapy can be used to treat acne scars, birthmarks, facial redness, scars, skin lesions, spider veins, sun-damaged skin, unwanted hair and wrinkles.

Laser Resurfacing

Laser resurfacing is a procedure that uses a laser to improve the appearance of skin or treat minor facial flaws by removing layers of skin. Laser resurfacing is appropriate for acne scars, age spots, crow’s feet, droopy eyelids, sagging skin, scars, sun-damaged skin and wrinkles.

Liposuction

In liposuction, a surgeon uses a hollow tube known as a cannula to remove pockets of excess fat from various parts of the body.

Microdermabrasion

In microdermabrasion, a special machine applies a slightly rough applicator tip to the surface of the skin of the face or neck to remove the uppermost layer of skin, resulting in a smoother skin texture. Microdermabrasion may be used for acne scars, sun-damaged skin or wrinkles.

Microlipoinjection

Microlipoinjection is the transfer or recycling of fat from one body area to another and it may be used to treat aging hands, facial volume loss, frown lines and scars.

Micropigmentation
