Registration will be accepted on a first-received, first-processed basis upon receipt of the completed registration form with full payment, verification that prerequisites have been met (and documentation provided), and space availability. Within two weeks of receipt of the completed application and full payment, applicants will be notified of their application status.
All registrants will receive a letter of confirmation from the ASDS of receipt of their registration. Do not make airline reservations prior to receiving a letter of confirmation. Should you fail to receive a letter of confirmation prior to departure, please contact the ASDS Education, Meetings and Research Department at 847-956-0900.

Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Please identify the ASDS course you will be attending when making your hotel reservations. Please make your hotel reservations as early as possible. Reservations made after the course registration deadline will be accepted on a space-available basis and may not qualify for discounted rates.
